When creating an account, you agree to:

You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or store in Tynko. We claim no intellectual property rights over your work.

By using Tynko, you grant us permission to:

• Store your content when you use optional cloud sync features (in your connected cloud storage, not ours)
• Display shared content to others when you explicitly use sharing features
• Cache and process your content to provide service functionality (e.g., rendering, exporting, formatting)

You are solely responsible for your content and the consequences of sharing it. You agree not to upload content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Harasses, abuses, or harms others
• Contains illegal or inappropriate material

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Abuse, harass, or impersonate others
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

When you publish HTML content or share prompts:

• Published sites are publicly accessible to anyone with the link
• Published HTML sites expire after 30 days unless renewed
• You are responsible for the content you publish and share
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tynko and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or data breaches
• Actions of third-party services or integrations
• User-generated content or shared materials

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Tynko if you:

• Violate these Terms & Conditions
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Abuse or disrupt the service
• Fail to comply with applicable laws

You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to cloud-synced data will cease, but locally stored data remains on your device.
