Tynko is a productivity web application for managing prompts, notes, and creative content. The service includes local storage, optional cloud synchronization, code editing, mind mapping, and publishing capabilities.

Tynko integrates with third-party services (Supabase, Google Drive, GROQ, Vercel). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for third-party service availability, reliability, or data handling practices.
When you publish HTML content or share prompts:
We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Tynko is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with or without notice. We are not liable for any loss of data, content, or service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tynko and its operators shall not be liable for:
You are responsible for backing up your data. While we implement reasonable safeguards, we cannot guarantee data preservation. We recommend regularly exporting your prompts and using cloud sync features for redundancy.
Tynko is currently offered free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscription plans in the future. Existing users will be notified of any pricing changes with reasonable advance notice.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Tynko if you:
You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to cloud-synced data will cease, but locally stored data remains on your device.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
